I think it could be beneficial to make some kind of rotation for daily dungeons/guild missions/other events that people could maybe sign up for. Maybe this website could be the means for that. 
for example, every day, there will be CoF p1, at 5:00pm est, CoF p2, at 5:30 est, AC p1 6pm, SE p1 6:30 etc.   They could also overlap too if we have more people . And maybe here on the forum, people just sign up for each slot. idk if thats too much work for people lol. but i like organization >.<

Wouldn't be hard wrangle and organize with a Google Docs spreadsheet. Once I'm levelled, having a plan like that in place would certainly make it a bit easier for me to slot activities into the little windows in real life smile

would be hard to plan like that due to schedules.  that would probably be to much at the moment. granted as we grow and our active roster increases that would work. bu for now playing it by ear for dungeons and a set time for guild events work. fine tuning a time that works for the majority would probably be best at this time

mmm yea, you're probably right. More trouble and work than its worth at this point. And we've noticed that there's a long blank period for like  14 hours before every day's reset that there is usually no one online. 
What i'm thinking is, at least for those of us in the US, its our sleeping/work period.

I don't know if anything can be done about this issue, what do you guys think?

That does make sense! i'll try to do that this weekend. The only thing is, its hard cause we won't have people to carry out our guild culture during this period. 

Any volunteers to take on GW2 Graveyard shift?? anyone!? lolol.
